i3 Investors Acquires Industrial Facility in Fast-Growing Delaware County, Ohio
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – 12/20/2021 i3 Investors recently purchased 109 Innovation Court, a 60,000 SF multi-tenant, light industrial facility in Delaware County, Ohio, the fastest-growing county in Ohio. This marks the fourth property the firm has acquired in the greater Columbus market.
Built in 2020, the building is currently 100% leased to six tenants, including anchor tenants Fastenal and American Freight. The seller was represented by Jeff Boll and Ray Boll of RJ Boll.

The addition of Milford Parkway adds to i3’s growing Cincinnati-area portfolio, which also includes Progress Way Business Center adjacent to Wilmington Air Park (ILN) in Wilmington, and two multi-tenant industrial properties in West Chester.
