MINNEAPOLIS – 9/4/2025 i3 Investors announces the successful acquisition of Brooklyn Park, a premier 78,500-square-foot industrial property located at 9300 Winnetka Ave North in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This strategic acquisition marks another important milestone in i3 Investors' ongoing growth.
The multi-tenant warehouse facility currently houses notable tenants SGS Graphics and Habitat for Humanity. The property strengthens i3's presence in the Minneapolis industrial market, which continues to demonstrate solid fundamentals and consistent demand.
