Prior to founding i3 Investors, Chip was a high producing industrial real estate broker for over 20 years. Chip was a partner/principal of NAI Olympia Partners, a full service local commercial brokerage firm followed by being an Executive Vice President with JLL, a large publicly traded global real estate company. Chip’s strong brokerage relationships cultivated over his 20-year brokerage career has proved invaluable in helping to source deals and to fully understand markets dynamics.
Chip earned a Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business in Finance/Real Estate from the Indiana University. Chip is married with 3 kids and is an avid golfer, downhill skier and anything to do with water sports.

Matt has spent his entire 20-year career focused on industrial real estate working with several large public institutional owners and developers. Matt’s broad career exposure to multiple industrial markets, Institutional Owners and Tenants has provided him a deep knowledge of warehouse space underwriting and deal making. During his career he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and was President of the Indiana Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
A Wabash College graduate, Matt is married with one son and a daughter, has completed four marathons, a beer geek, golfer and an avid downhill skier.

Larry’s financial consulting and services career has
included accounting, auditing, banking, business brokerage and several entrepreneurial ventures.
Larry has been an active investor or principal in several other businesses. His experience includes in excess of 40 years of acquisitions and finance as an active intermediary for clients throughout Indiana and for his own account.
Larry earned a B.S. in Accounting from Ball State University. He is an Indiana Certified Public Accountant and a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker. He currently serves on the Ball State University Alumni Council, the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board and is
a member of the Ball State University Foundation Board of Directors. In 2005, Larry was recognized by the Indiana CPA Society as its “Outstanding CPA in Business & Industry”. In 2012, he was inducted into the Miller College of Business Hall of Fame.
Larry has been married for a really long time, has 3 children, 9 grandchildren and loves playing tennis and poker.

Ryan has worked in the real estate and construction industry for over 25 years. He spent his last 18 years serving as a Principal of Verus Partners, a privately-held real estate development firm, where he managed all phases of a wide range of speculative and build-to-suit industrial, manufacturing, office and land development projects throughout multiple markets in the US and Canada.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is married with three children and enjoys traveling and pursuing an eclectic list of hobbies including fly fishing, photography, and amateur powerlifting.

Christine’s focus is on the monthly and annual financial statements for the i3 portfolio. She provides meaningful analysis of the financial statements, along with assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process for the existing portfolio and future projects. Christine has been in property management for over 20 years, which has included many types of real estate. She has experience in development, construction, and management of properties. Christine’s experience in working with various types of owners, vendors and tenants makes her will equipped to handle the challenges of the ever changing real estate market.
Christine is a Virginia Tech graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Christine has two grown daughters and a granddaughter. She enjoys volunteering at a horse therapy clinic and a local theater. She loves anything to do with live music
and dancing.

Danielle graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 2017, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. Danielle is married and enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family and dog Lambeau.

Shaunna’s focus is on managing day-to-day operations for i3 Investors' and their Cincinnati portfolio. Shaunna has over 30 years of professional experience with a customer service background. Shaunna has been working in the real estate field since 2006 when she moved to Ohio from Colorado. Her real estate career started managing office buildings with a focus on small business owners. She has spent the last 12 years with First Industrial Realty Trust, an Industrial REIT which operates and develops logistics real estate. Shaunna earned her RPA from BOMI International in December of 2021 and is working on her FMA Designation.
Shaunna is raising her 13-year-old grandson. They spend a lot of their time finding fun places to fish. When she is not spending time as spectator watching the grandson fish, she enjoys time with friends, listening to music, walking, riding bikes and planning long weekend road trips.
