INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – 10/07/2021 i3 Investors made its fourth acquisition in the Louisville, KY market with the purchase of a 27,172 square foot multi-tenant office/warehouse building. The property is located at 11400-11442 Bluegrass Parkway.
Built in 1986, Decimal Point Building 2 is currently 100% leased to four tenants. Reed Weinberg and Taylor Thompson of PRG Commercial Property Advisors brokered the transaction.
The acquisition of Decimal Point Building 2 adds to i3’s growing Midwest portfolio, which includes properties in Louisville, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cincinnati.
