INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – 1/4/2022 i3 Investors has acquired 400 Lazelle Rd., Columbus, Ohio, in the Polaris Commerce Center. This is the fifth acquisition the company has made in the Columbus market.
Strategically located in the North Columbus submarket near the Polaris Fashion Place and the JP Morgan Chase McCoy Center, the Class A light industrial building is 54,000 square feet. It is currently 88% occupied by six tenants. Colliers International has been hired to handle leasing on behalf of i3 Investors.
