INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – 1/10/2023 i3 Investors recently purchased 1032 Seabrook Way, a 97,984 SF warehouse and distribution facility located in Cincinnati. This marks the fifth property the firm has acquired in the greater Cincinnati market.
The facility is fully leased to defense contractor, HDT Global, which uses the building as a key fabrication plant. I3 partnered with Crossroads Realty Advisors and Republic Bank to secure the debt for the acquisition.
“This property is a great addition to our portfolio as we continue to seek properties that will provide a consistent return to our investors,” Matt Dickerson, principal at i3 said. “We look forward to providing excellent service to HDT Global,” he added.
With this latest acquisition, i3’s growing portfolio includes more than two million square feet of industrial space throughout the Midwest and South with properties in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Minnesota.
