INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – 1/03/2023 i3 Investors has expanded its portfolio into Minnesota with its acquisition of 955 James Avenue in Bloomington, one of the largest suburbs in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. The 114,903 SF multi-tenant industrial tech building is currently 91% occupied.
