INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – 2/14/2024 i3 Investors recently acquired the Windisch Road Industrial Portfolio, a five-building, 278,000 SF multi-tenant business park in West Chester, Ohio, adding to its fast-growing Cincinnati portfolio. The business park, strategically located in Cincinnati’s
Tri-County industrial submarket, expands the company’s Cincinnati holdings to 11 properties.
“This is a big win for i3 Investors as we continue to expand our footprint not only in Cincinnati but throughout Ohio. This acquisition brings our total number of assets to 20 in the Columbus and Cincinnati markets combined,” said Chip Barnes, Principal of i3 Investors.
Previously held by First Industrial REIT, the Windisch Road Industrial Park is 97% leased to 33 tenants and is the first acquisition by i3’s Industrial Fund Three LP.
